Board member Tom Hartig, who lives on Prong Horn, chairs the RHATC and Red Oak has handled the customer service and billing - since 2012. Janice McLain, CMCA®, AMS®, owns Red Oak, which provides consulting and management for property owner associations. The RHATC offers:   * Incentives to our non-participating neighbors & welcomes new owners.   * Discounts to current & new members.   * Sponsorship of the annual clean- up day for RHATC customers.  (Noncustomers of the RHATC should to be charged a fee, such as one month’s charge for the lowest level of trash service.)   * and contributes to the annual picnic.
