Read at 21 June County Commissioner Meeting:
"I was a poll watcher at the DMV at Powers and Airport yesterday
morning (June 20th). First thing I was told by the supervising judge was
that I couldn't go where the judges were sitting because of the
confidential info I might see. I told her that 1) we all had signed a NDA
and 2) according to our training given by the Colorado SOS we were
indeed allowed to observe from behind the judges. Her response... "I
have to call Garden of the Gods to verify that." She came back a short
time later to inform me that I was correct.
She also explained to me the rolls of the judges present. Which brings
me to the really bad news. She said that if someone brings more than
10 ballots they have to fill out a form. I pointed out that according to
Colorado law no one was allowed to drop-off more than 10 ballots and
that those ballots should belong to family members. And I showed her
on the display they had in the voting area that that was exactly what
was printed on there. Again, she replied... "I have to call Garden of the
Gods to verify that." When she came back she told me... "I just talked to
them and they told me that we are not the police. We will not count how
many ballots a voter brings in. If it's 10 or more we just have them fill
out a form before we let them drop ALL THEIR BALLOTS into the ballot
box. And then we send the form to the AG for investigation."

campaign sign in a median, which is illegal. If he isn’t
willing to learn or follow the law on this, CAN WE
TRUST HIM WITH OUR VOTES OR OUR $ $ $ ?
